8700 & 8750 Elmwood

Project Summary

8700 & 8750 Elmwood includes (2) Tilt-Up Construction industrial warehouses and spans for a combined 750,000 square feet. These (2) buildings feature loading docks on (2) sides of their building allowing the businesses that occupy them to increase their daily trailer truck volume. Major Painting was contracted in the Spring of 2023 to replace all failing sealants and repaint the exteriors of the buildings. These (2) buildings see a high volume of trailer truck volume and created a unique scheduling challenge for Major Painting. With proper planning, Major Painting successful executed the project with minimal disruption to the businesses occupying the buildings. Close to 1,000 gallons of paint was applied during this project.
