Horizons V

Project Summary

Horizons V is a 500,000+ square foot Tilt-Up Construction industrial warehouse located in Riverside, Missouri. This is a multi-tenant building with a large number of dock bays and a high volume of trailer truck traffic. Major Painting was contracted in the Summer of 2023 to replace all failing vertical expansion joints, repair damaged areas of concrete tilt up panel, as well as repaint all previously painted exterior substrates of the building. In total over 2,000 linear feet of vertical sealant was replaced and over 750 gallons of paint was applied to the exterior.
