Lenexa Interstate Center

Project Summary

The Lenexa Interstate Center consists of two large tilt up industrial warehouses spanning for a combined 350,000 square feet. These industrial buildings are located East of I-35 and Strang Line Road and are occupied by several tenants. Major Painting was contracted in the Summer of 2018 to prime and repaint all previously painted exterior items on the buildings. The building owner chose to do a full system, (1) coat of primer followed by (2) coats of finish, to ensure they received the best adhesion and color retention possible from the products applied.
